Returns & Exchanges

At Bloxy Pirates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-seas fashion; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and pirate-themed packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bloxy Pirates account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin its journey back to our docks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
